Who can resist the aroma of freshly baked delicious cupcakes!! But a lot of us don’t like eggs for a reason or two. Well it is real easy to prepare cupcakes without egg and they taste just as good.

This recipe uses cake mix that you get at any grocery store. For the egg portion of the recipe, I have tried many options but little oil and yogurt does the trick wonderfully.

Prep time: 10 min
Bake time: 30 min
Total time: 40 min

Ingredients:

  1. 1 box of cake mix- 16 oz
  2. 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  3. ¾ cup yogurt
  4. ½ cup milk
  5. Essence as preferred

Instructions:

  1. Set the oven to 350°F degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix them for about 6 min, scraping the edges every two minute.
  4. Pour the batter into the cupcake tray using the baking cups.
  5. Bake for about 28 min or as instructed on the box.
  6. Open the oven and check one of the cake with a tooth pick. If it comes out clean, cupcakes are ready.
  7. Take the tray out, let it cool at room temperature.
  8. Decorate with your favorite topping and enjoy.
